The best Fudgy Chocolate Cookies Ever
I know, the title is a bit ridiculous, but when you try these cookies you'll totally understand!
When I started making these last Pesach I tried a bunch of versions before getting it JUST right. The kids were thrilled because they got to eat all the rejects (only once they were photographed of course!). And they didn't have any complaints, even when I did.
When Pesach was over and I was back to my regular baking they still kept requesting these, and I added them to my year round cookie repertoire.
It's always nice to have something gluten free to serve to guests that may need or kids friends that are over. So I keep these in the freezer for any cookie emergencies ;)
There are only 5 ingredients that you definitely have at home on Pesach already! You need one bowl and one fork. And that's it!
The ingredients are simple, the method is easy. The results are PERFECT.
