No-Bake 3-Ingredient Cheesecake Parfaits

Bring on Shavuot with this super easy, basic cheesecake mixture that you can dress up however you want!

As a vegetarian, I wait all year for Shavuot when I prepare my favorite dairy dishes for family & friends. Of course, no respectable dairy meal ends without cheesecake!

Cheesecake can be complicated though, we even spent an entire unit learning the ins and outs of perfecting cheesecake in pastry school. Since I personally don't want to spend 8 hours in the kitchen, with special tools, water baths and what not, I can't imagine you do either...

Enter: The No-Bake 3-Ingredient Cheesecake Parfaits - the solution to the most delicious, adorable cheesecake with none of the hassle.

I originally made these in Israel and served them in gorgeous wine glasses for a super elegant presentation. Then I ran a Wine & Cheese(cake) demo in Los Angeles, hosted by the fabulous Elaina Hascalovici (my sis-in-law!) and The West Side Shul.

When I tested the recipes in LA I realized that the ingredients were different and therefore the measurements were off. I continued to test the recipes there and the results are 2 different recipes - one for Israel ingredients and one for the USA. Be sure to follow the right one depending on where you are ;)

What's amazing about this recipe is that it works with ANY flavor you love! For the LA demo we did a Oreo Cheesecake Parfait & Raspberry Brownie Parfait - which I'll describe below, but you can easily make these your own. Like salted caramel? Blueberry? Lemon? Pick your flavor and your toppings and have fun!

Can we talk about mason jars for a second? I know they're so 5 years ago, but - ahhh they're just so adorable and make for the best presentation ever. These parfaits were MADE for mason jars! The layers created by the cheesecake mixture and the different toppings look so beautiful from the outside. If you don't have mason jars, wine glasses look gorgeous too.

No-Bake Basic Cheesecake Mixture

The cream cheese is much thicker in the USA so we use more heavy cream to loosen it up.


8 oz (1 cup/225g) cream cheese (room temperature)

3/4 cups (Israel) - 1 1/2 cups (USA) heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar


In a large mixing bowl, or the bowl of a standing mixer, beat the ingredients for a few minutes until smooth. There should not be any chunks of cream cheese.

Place the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag and prepare parfaits according to taste.

Use the different guides below, or be creative and come up with your own favorite versions!

Be sure to include layers of cheesecake mixture, something crunchy, something textured (choc. chips/sprinkles...).

Layer the jars or wine glasses with all the different components, top with something decorative such as crumbs, fresh fruit or a cookie.

12 Oreo cookies (crushed)

Mini Chocolate chips

Thin Oreos for decoration

Raspberry Cheesecake Parfaits

Brownies (any recipe, baked, cooled and cubed)

Fresh raspberries

Freeze-dried raspberries

Raspberry Jam (melted in the microwave)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Parfaits (pictured above)

Oreo crumbs

Tea Biscuit crumbs

Peanut butter chips

Chocolate chips
