Crunchy Cereal Bars
This 5 - ingredient , no bake, easy recipe can be put together in a few minutes and enjoyed by all.
Recipe - Crunchy Cereal Bars (No-bake)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup (tip: spray the measuring cup with non-stick pray for less mess)
1 cup peanut butter
5 cups cereal of your choice (we used honey nut cheerios)
1/2 cup mini Chocolate chips
In a medium sized sauce pan heat sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter until melted. Add in cereal and mix with a wooden spoon.
Turn off the heat and quickly fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread mixture in an even layer in a 9*13" pan. Let set for about 20 minutes and cut into bars.

If your kids got some learning in, great! If they didn't, who the eff cares?
If you let them be on screens for 16 hours today, you're doing awesome! If they only had 2 hours, that's great too!
If you cooked 3 meals together as a family activity and had a sing-a-long while cleaning up, woo hoo! If all everyone ate was chips and crumbs from the couch, you'll probably survive!
Give yourself a break and remember this is not a competition of who parented better, this is a worldwide crisis and we're all in this together.
Don't have much else to write about obvs (but seriously, what did we used to talk about before this virus?!?). Since I'm beyond exhausted after day 4 and all I can think about is the big bowl of popcorn and big bang theory reruns waiting for me in my bed. But I will leave you with this nugget: this recipe is great for a whole slew of reasons (only 5 ingredients, no-bake, easy and quick) but the best part is it helps finish up chametz!
